INTRODUCTION
ThePARTI au SERVICE du CITOYEN is a municipal political party created in January 2006 by citizens of Laval and led by Robert Bordeleau.
Since January 2006,Robert Bordeleau and his collaborators have been working non-stop, recruiting new party members and putting together a team of qualified candidates. On Election Day, November 1st 2009, this team will be part of the race to become Laval's new administrative team.
We are particularly proud to present these commitments to you. We sincerely believe that they respond to the preoccupations and expectations of Laval's citizens. For the past 3 years, we have been identifying and validating the needs of our city's citizens

And in the spirit of a return to democracy, GIVE Laval's citizens a choice and analternative for the November 2009 municipal elections.
VISION
We want to renew our city and establish a new way to administer.
Our city will be more human, modern, clean, safe, green, active and cultural, and will attract tourism.
We favour a more human administration in which the citizens will have their rightful place. We will support the actions of our citizens on a daily basis and ensure much needed municipal presence in each of Laval's neighbourhoods.
BIOGRAPHY OF THE CHIEF
Robert Bordeleau was born in Laval-Des-Rapides in 1958, 4th child of a family of five. Raised in a middle income family where every dollar counted. Quickly learned how to take his place in the world and how to stand for himself. Sharing, generosity, respect of others and other Good Samaritan values being the basis of his upbringing. Robert who is a father of two has a real knowledge of family values and understands the needs of the Laval families.
Monitoring what was happening and what still happens in politics nowadays, Robert knew where his mission laid; he had to get involved, not at the provincial and federal levels, but at the municipal level where he can really change and better the welfare of his fellow Laval citizens.
Laval and the municipal politics are his passion since he has been active on the municipal scene from 1993 to-date.
With the support of the Laval citizens, Robert created the PSC which stands for Parti au Service du Citoyen, in order to ensure a sane and transparent management and mostly to listen to the population concerns.
Robert who is a consultant in International trade for more than 15 years now, was before hand Vice-President of the Marathon de l'Île de Montréal which was at the time the 15th largest marathon in the world, acting as responsible of sales, marketing and relations with the other marathons around the world.
The economy of a city is just as important as the welfare of its inhabitants. Even if the economy of our city goes well, 80% of its citizens are not happy and satisfied with their life style quality which means that only 1 citizen out of five has a feeling of belonging to the city he lives within; it is now the time for a major clean-up; today is the time for a deep reflection and the time to elect a new team at the head of the City of Laval.
